53. A chartered appraiser may, in respect of a request for a copy of a document, charge reasonable fees not exceeding reproduction or transcription costs and the cost of transmitting the copy.
Before reproducing, transcribing, or transmitting the information, the chartered appraiser who requests such fees must inform the client of the approximate amount that must be paid.
